Note on Printing a Transposed Score.

In order to print a score that you have transposed into a key that is different from the default or original key in which the score is set at purchase, follow the directions below, and then PRINT the score. Be sure you have chosen the correct key. If you bought only one print right, you will only be able to print a single copy.

Once the file is closed, it will revert to the original key. (You cannot currently save the file in a different key). However, you will always be able to re-apply transpositions on the file for playback purposes.

  • The Transposition tool allows for transposition using various methods.
  • Use the drop down list to choose your method (see graphic below).
  • Set "Up" or "Down"
  • Set staves to be transposed.
  • Click Reload to revert to original score key (the key of the score as originally downloaded or purchased).
